Hi my name is Michelle and I'm a Wife, Mother, Sister, Daughter, Friend, Blogger, Knitter, Cook, Cleaner, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Maid, Project Administrator, and the list goes on. Haha...I'm sure you know that I'm not doing ALL those jobs professionally right?

I'm currently working part-time and also being a SAHM part-time as well. I like this arrangement very much as I can sort of get the best of both worlds and still can contribute to my family in different ways, and most important of all, I get to spend a bit more time with my little girl.

I've started blogging since 2002, when I was still a university student. However, I decided to take a break from blogging after my daughter was born so that I can focus all my energy and time on her. Now that she's a little toddler, I've decided to give myself some "Me" time by blogging again.

Therefore, I'm starting afresh on a brand new blog and a new title. My Love & Joy is a place for me to share the love of my life, family and things that brings me joy. Thank you so much for dropping by and I hope that you will enjoy this journey with me.
